Paris-Saclay University CASA website
The CASA website is made available by Paris-Saclay University to help students find accommodation.
This website regularly list accommodation available on the university’s different campuses.
Here you will find accommodation in university residence halls, CROUS student accommodation, private-sector residence halls, rooms for rent in private homes, apartment sharing, etc.
Tips for Preparing Your Application for Accommodation
Make sure you have all the necessary documentation to complete your application:
- Proof of identity
- For international students: a residence permit
- Proof of university attendance: document proving admission if you are not already registered (email, screenshot) or certificate of enrollment
- Proof of your insurance
- A guarantor (natural person or legal entity).
Note: The Visale system increases students’ chances of finding accommodation quickly. This system guarantees rent payments to owners. Young tenants can then sign a lease with the landlord.
Financial Aid for Accommodation
Personalized housing assistance (APL): CAF
The VISALE program, which gives students access to a reliable guarantor free of charge.
The Avance Loca-Pass (interest-free loan) allows tenants to finance the security deposit for their accommodation.
Mobili-Jeune® aid is a grant to cover part of the rent each month for a maximum period of one year. It is aimed at young people under 30 on a work-study program (apprenticeship or professionalization contract).
